Laruga Glaser is an advanced level practitioner and student of yoga as well as a Level 2 Certified Teacher, bringing with her a combined total over 25 years experience instructing body movement.Laruga’s yoga journey started in 1998 and since then, she has continued to draw inspiration from her daily visit to the mat, along with long term studies of Ashtanga Yoga at KPJAYI in Description. Laruga is one of only very few women to hold the Certification accreditation from Sharath Jois in Mysore.
